Course Objectives
Like any other investment, renewable energy (RE) projects need thorough analysis before implementation in order to minimize risks and assure profitability. Every RE technology has distinctive features which affect cost and revenue structures and thus financing. Further on, risks vary, depending on the technology used and need to be understood.
This two-day course aims at familiarizing participants with the most relevant technical aspects in RE projects to prepare for farsighted economic decision taking be it as investor or project developer:
- Understand the relevant technical aspects of different RE technologies.
- Be able to identify and mitigate the risks associated with different RE technologies.
- Get familiar with RE project cost structures.
- Be able to assess which technology has potential in the TREE country hosting the seminar.

Once an application has been received, the booking will be confirmed and an invoice will be raised. The course fee has to be paid within two weeks after receiving the invoice. Please note that the early-bird-price has to be settled latest until the early-bird deadline, if not, you have to pay the regular price.
