How to apply for a TREE scholarship in Berlin?
For submitting an application, please select one of the TREE seminars offered at RENAC in Berlin. Then scroll down to the application item at the bottom of each course page to fill in the two-page electronic application form.

Besides the professional background of candidates - employees from ministries and other public authorities involved in the lawmaking process for renewables - the motivation of applicants is especially important for a sucessfull application. Please describe your role in the lawmaking process of your country as well as your possibilities of applying and integrating the knowledge gained in TREE into your profession and daily work. In addition, very good English language skills must be clearly demonstrated.
Many applications have reached RENAC in the past few weeks, nonetheless there are some remaining places available. Applications are welcome until the courses are fully booked.
For your TREE application - we kindly ask you to prepare:
- your CV for upload (.pdf or .doc)
- a letter of motivation for participating in the TREE seminar (900 characters)
- a short description how you will integrate and apply the knowledge gained in the seminar into your profession & daily work (900 characters)
- and an answer to our question: What do you expect from the TREE seminar?

Prerequisites for a successful application:
- Active employment in one of the following: government bodies and other public authorities
- Applicability of knowledge gained in every day work
- Reason and motivation for participation
- Very good English language skills
- Citizenship of one of the TREE target countries

TREE scholarships covers:
- Participation in the five-days long seminar, incl. materials, lunch on seminar days, tea&coffee
- Participation in the on-line training courses
- Access to the international TREE community (TREE Intranet)
- Travel health insurance for the duration of the scholarship
- Support by RENAC for organizing accomodation and travel visa
Please note!
- Travel and accommodation costs are not included in the scholarship and must be funded individually.
- Potential participants for the TREE Financing and CSP seminars are not subjet to the abowe described application procedure.
